As a Solution Designer,you will translate the strategy and vision of existing and prospective Eliza healthcare engagement solutions into concrete, tactical roadmaps, working with cross-domain teams to champion and advance technical requirements and manage iterative design. This role will require you to work closely with both internal and external stakeholders—as such you will need the ability to communicate and document clearly, and be as comfortable speaking about technical details with operations as you would be discussing Eliza’s strategic solutions on a client call. In this role you will also work closely with key strategic clients, understand their primary business drivers, resources, and limitations, and actively manage their customized integrated solutions year over year.

Essential Functions:

  • Drive and manage technical aspects of new and evolving solutions, working collaboratively with design, code development, product, sales engineers, science, and analytics
  • Analyze the business, systems, and data process customers in order to produce multi-year, integrated solution design configurations within the Eliza platform that achieve business outcomes
  • Work cross-functionally with Eliza’s Sales Engineers, Clinical Analytics and Dev Ops teams to enhance Eliza’s platform offering
  • Develop a fluent knowledge of national health care quality measures, including HEDIS, Star, and QRS, and the Eliza solutions that address them.
  • Work independently on research projects that evaluate the impact and effectiveness of Eliza solutions across our book of business, developing specific recommendations for iterative improvement
  • Explore potential solutions, working with other internal subject matter experts, utilizing a combination of market research, client need/demand, competitive analysis, and operational understanding
  • Develop a working knowledge of Eliza’s clients, sales cycles, and revenue opportunities
  • Provide Eliza’s Business Development with training on the key value propositions of solutions and configurations
  • Provide Eliza’s Business Development with training on the key value propositions of solutions and configurations
  • Collaborate with and support the Health Engagement Design team

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Knowledge of integrated, multi-channel consumer engagement platforms (phone, email, SMS, web, mobile, chat) strongly preferred.
  • Experience with patient engagement, health care quality improvement and/or health policy is helpful but not required.
  • Must enjoy and be skilled at problem-solving and critical thinking.
  • It is helpful to be curious, creative, proactive, and adept at change management.
  • Excellent organizational skills; ability to prioritize and handle high volume of simultaneous projects accurately and on deadline.
  • Strong client relations abilities including written, verbal, and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to resolve conflict and work cross-functionally with multiple groups/departments.
  • Experience using spreadsheets (Excel); word processing (Word); presentation tools (PowerPoint, remote meeting hosting tools) required.

Work Conditions and Physical Demands:

  • Primarily sedentary work in a general office environment
  • Ability to communicate and exchange information
  • Ability to comprehend and interpret documents and data
  • Requires occasional standing, walking, lifting, and moving objects (up to 10 lbs.)
  • Requires manual dexterity to use computer, telephone and peripherals
  • May be required to work extended hours for special business needs
  • May be required to travel at least 10% of time based on business needs

Minimum Education:

  • High School Diploma required
  • Bachelor’s degree required, preferred emphasis in Graphic Design or HTML/CSS Code

Minimum Related Work Experience:

  • 5+ years’ professional experience working in a field that requires complex, multi-phase product, project or process management.
  • Experience using roadmap and backlog management tools (JIRA or similar); project collaboration tools (Confluence, SharePoint, Basecamp, etc.) preferred.
