Western Industrial Tooling is an AS9100 aerospace manufacturer specializing in precision machining, tooling, parts, components, assemblies and small run production jobs. We are in a modern, exceptionally clean, and climate controlled facility near downtown Redmond.

Shift Available: Monday – Friday, day shift with option for swing

Position Summary

  • Set up and run CNC mills to fabricate complex, precision aerospace parts and tooling and assemblies.
  • Eager to ask a lot of questions, work side by side with highly skilled colleagues, teach and learn.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Set up and machine complex, high precision parts.
  • Able to read, write and edit G and M codes
  • Able to read Boeing and other mechanical prints and specifications
  • Accountable for inspecting your work and part quality
  • Meet delivery dates & quality requirements. Work overtime as required.
  • Outstanding attention to detail and quality.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 5+ years precision CNC mill experience.
  • Experience with inspection equipment.
  • Self-motivated team player. Work well & problem solve with other team members.
  • GD&T knowledge and 5 axis experience a plus
  • A U.S. citizen or lawful permanent resident of the U.S., as defined in 8 U.S.C. 1101(a)(20) or a “protected individual”, as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3)
