Job Summary
Medical Clinic in Sallisaw, OK, is looking for an new addition to assist with all facets of the clinic. Experience in front office duties with the capability of learning every position in the clinic.
Current position is for Five Days a Week. Must have solid work ethic, excellent communication skills, proficient computer skills and be extremely dependable.
- Pay will range from $12.00-$13.00 per hour depending on experience, with free in-house healthcare for employees and their mediate family. Opportunity for advancement, increased pay for highly motivated and dependable individuals.
- Must be willing to start immediately.
We are a small, country clinic that is growing rapidly, and are taking on new patients weekly. We are looking for solid addition to our clinic family that will be able to work with our team and be willing to learn, adapt and become an asset that can fill in and assist with most clinic duties from the front office, working in the lab to assisting the physician on patient encounters. Applicant must be punctual and dependable. _ Possessing strong computer skills are a must._
Responsibilities and Duties
This position requires proficiency in front office/clerical duties with the ability to float such as assisting physician with charting, administering vitals, typing, computer software and medical office duties. Applicant must work well with others and possess a desire to want to help others, as patient care and our foremost concern.
- Strong computer experience is a must: Microsoft Office, Type 50+ wpm, Adobe, etc
- High school diploma minimum
- Willingness to learn clinical duties as well as EMR- We use PracticeFusion
- Ability to float from clinical duties to clerical duties
- Impeccable punctuality and dependability
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to multi-task and think on your feet
- Proficient written/verbal communication skills
- Possess knowledge of routine clinic and office procedures
- Ability to empathize with patients, while maintaining a professional relationship.
