Must-Have- Top Secret Clearance ( IT1 ) - Mandatory
Must-Have- Certification - Security+ (or higher) CISSP, CISM, etc. - Mandatory
Must-Have Professional certification IBM - Mandatory
Security+ CE (or higher) CISSP, CISM, etc. - Mandatory
Query Management Facility (QMF).

Integrated Development Environment (IDE)
Certified knowledge of IBM operating systems and platforms as related to maintaining database operations, creating reports and manipulating data, and all aspects of information security to include any subsequent software releases/upgrades.
Knowledge of Query Management Facility (QMF).
Knowledge of current DB2 server technologies with any new versions/updates as they are released.
Demonstrated knowledge and accomplishment in working with DB2 databases and InfoSphere Federation and Replication Server suite as it interfaces with IBM WebSphere MQ series, and MS SQL/Queue Replication.
Knowledge of data modeling tools in relation to the development and documentation of logical and physical data models for all DB2 database instances.
Familiarity with Integrated Development Environment (IDE) tools.
Demonstrated ability as a DB2 DBA in UNIX/Win2K/AIX/z/OS development and production environments.
Thorough understanding of Relational Database Management Systems (RDBMS) concepts for a DB2 database platform.
Knowledge of implementing and maintaining DB2 database applications in a multiple environments. Ability to develop and analyze large-scale application data models; knowledge of integrated databases and dimensional models, including aggregation, partitioning, and indexing strategies.
Familiarity with multi-tier architecture (desktop, application servers, and data servers).
Ability to back up (hot and cold) and recover databases; proficiency with Data Propagator and Data integrator operation on a server platform.
Keeps database versions up to developed standards and to correct any known security vulnerabilities. This includes completion of all DLA CERT tasking’s by the due date.
