ZS' Customer-Centric Marketing (CCM) Solution Area is focused on helping our clients innovate commercial models by integrating sales and marketing. As a global leader specializing in shaping commercial agendas in the Life Sciences industry for the past 30 years, the CCM group leverages the firm’s unique approaches to drive sales force excellence and marketing optimization to deliver a truly holistic transformation in the industry. The group drives integrated programs for our clients through a cohesive set of offerings in the areas of integrated promotion planning, commercial orchestration of marketing and sales engagements, marketing operations and organizational capability building leveraging CRM, Marketing Cloud, Digital and Big Data technologies.

MANAGER

As a Manager- CCM Business Technology within ZS’ Customer Centric Marketing (CCM) practice, you’ll be responsible for leading the functional and technical design of enterprise CCM implementation programs for clients. Specializing in the consolidation of data from disparate sources into single customer view (SCV) to underpin data driven segmentation and targeting, campaign management and marketing operations using the latest CRM, marketing automation and Data Warehouse & reporting tools.
You'll be conducting technology discovery engagements and providing architectural input to requirements gathering, use-case development and business development activities such as proposals and presentations. You'll work closely with ZS leadership, grow the practice by identifying and building new client opportunities, manage relationship with senior business stakeholders and IT development teams of our clients to create solutions and architectures aligned to business objectives and goals.

Your role will involve leading a team responsible for planning and validating the completion of application installation, base configuration and verifications. You'll design and manage the configuration of marketing automation platforms and integration with reporting components such as Tableau and Qlikview which sit over database platforms which include ZS' Big Data based customer 360 solution.

Responsibilities:
Lead large scale client business development and multi-country delivery engagements in the Life Sciences Industry – Pharmaceutical and Medical Devices sector;
Develop detailed business case and financial justifications to quantify the business value of technological programs;
Collaborate with Client Chief Architects/CIOs and other Operational Leaders to define technology strategy roadmaps and solution architectures;
Articulate business value and benefits of the technological solution to senior business and technology stakeholders;
Manage programs and client relationships particularly in the area of CCM – (Customer 360, Campaign Management, Digital, Analytics etc.) and adjacent Business Technology areas (such as DW/BI, CRM);
Lead feasibility analysis, select the technologies that provide the best solution and identify the products available that will best fit the solution proposed;
Play a lead role in shaping future state solution taking advantage of the existing assets and maintaining a balance between technology requirements and specific client needs;
Lead development teams (onshore/offshore) to ensure solution is implemented to meet current business needs, future vision and global scale;
Research and evangelize the use of the technology platform for strategic decision-making, identify new market trends in the industry to continuously innovate ZS’s CCM assets and offerings;
Develop people and teams in CCM across offices and regions;
Drive partnerships with Technology platform providers.

Qualifications:
A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field from a top university. Master’s degree highly preferred;
10+ years’ experience in management consulting; Life Sciences industry experience preferred
5+ years’ experience in a leadership role within a Consulting/professional services firm;
Demonstrated experience with driving revenue within existing clients and in developing new prospects;
Proven experience of leading technology teams and working with project delivery leads on large scale IT programs;
Strong credentials and demonstrated success in IT strategy and large scale service oriented Enterprise Architecture;
Demonstrated experience in large scale Multi-country Regional implementation of technology solutions
Deep technical expertise in at least two of the three technology pillars:
BI/Data warehouse (particularly in Tableau, Qlikview,Teradata, Informatica)
CRM (particularly in Salesforce.com or Veeva)
Marketing Cloud and Digital Platforms (Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Exact Target) Adobe, Marketo and IBM Marketing Cloud (Unica))
Strong familiarity and knowledge of cloud based Big Data solutions – Hadoop, AWS, Python, Spark, R etc.;
Willingness to expand expertise to Pharma sector’s vertical implementation of Salesforce, Veeva;
Deployment of such platforms to deliver Omni-channel customer experience across:
Content management and DAM
Mobile natives apps and digital portals
Email and SMS
As well as inside sales (telesales), Sales and Medical F2F engagement
Characteristics of a forward thinker and self-starter that thrives on new challenges and adapts quickly to learning new knowledge;
Ability to work effectively within a team in a fast paced, entrepreneurial environment;
Ability to lead a global virtual team of consulting professionals across multiple projects;
A strong work ethic;
A willingness to travel to meet client needs;
Strong written communication and knowledge sharing skills;
Executive-level presence and communication - the ability to translate technical into business language for senior client executives;
Relevant experience in highly regulated markets such as banking, insurance, telecommunications, or utilities. Pharmaceutical or medical devices sector experience would be an advantage.
ZS is a global consulting firm; English fluency is required, additional fluency in at least one European or Asian language is highly desired.
