Position: Sales Manager/ Full time position
Aimtron Corporation is a world-leading, Tier 2 provider of CEM (Contract Electronic Manufacturing, and
Design company) services offering product development design for PCBA products– including system level products that require assembly in the United States and globally. We provide service to original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) for commercial business and high tech, medical, gaming, and aerospace companies related industries. Aimtron Corp offers customers comprehensive and integrated design and manufacturing services from initial product design to prototype to volume production including direct order fulfillment and post-deployment services. These capabilities include PCBA assembly, Box builds and Functional testing and
Design engineering services, printed circuit board layout, and prototyping, automation and test development.
We believe that we have developed strengths in the manufacturing process for large, complex, high-density printed circuit board assemblies the ability to manufacture high and low volume products. This position requires a successful candidate must have an excellent understanding of PCBA’s electronics methods as well as the technical background to engage in capability of discussions with potential customers within their organizations to engage with their Engineering, Quality and Procurement, and Manufacturing personal. In addition, this person must have a proven track record in generating profitable business growth in the CEM market. This candidate must have the ability to work collaboratively with the Engineering, Finance, and
Operations teams within Aimtron Corporation.
Job Duties/ Responsibilities
Candidate must be able to generate new business 1st year sales of minimum $2 Mil
Work on Sales methods (cold calling, visit new potential customers, send out brochures etc.)
Seek out and develop new opportunities to improve service and grow revenue
This position requires close relationship with customers to meet their objectives
Experience managing complex customers preferably in the commercial, medical, high-tech industries.
Strengthen relations with senior customer management, (Dir, VP, Senior management)
This position requires constant sales activities, reporting, updating management (Dir of Sales)
Sales objectives are reviewed monthly, generate new RFQ’s, bookings, sales revenues etc.
Minimum working hours is 40 hrs. per week, full time position, some overtime is required if necessary.
Travel is required, use of your own vehicle, some state travel may be required from time to time
Engage and work well with program managers and other departments within Aimtron Corp to manage production to meet Customer Requirements; Provide Input and ensure tasks are completed internally with all departments.
Providing information to process orders and reviewing orders for accuracy
7-10 years Sales experience required, in Contract electronics or high-tech manufacturing and ERP experience a must * Strong Business acumen a must global Operations and/ or Manufacturing environment experience preferred
- Lean/ Six Sigma experience a plus
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related area preferred in electronics or Materials Management or 7-10 years’ experience in CEM electronics businesses, Sales related experience in the electronics industry.
Ability to work cross-functionally with customer, sales, engineering, manufacturing, and warehouse personnel
Solid project management skills, including the ability to multi-task, leadership.
Familiarity with industry and market best practices.
Be able to demonstrate computer literacy with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and
Business communication skills, particularly facilitation, negotiation and presentation skills.
Travel will be required, locally and out of state.
Strong written and verbal communication skills is a must
