Our client seeks an experienced IT Project Manager; an individual who can help ensure projects meet business objectives and come in on time and on budget.

You will manage IT related projects involving multiple departments, advising and managing organizational architecture integrations, risks related to budget, timeline, and scope. You will coordinate multiple simultaneous projects and look for opportunities for cross-department communication, and advise and manage organizational architecture integrations, risks for redundant work, data silos, and data governance issues. You will work with program managers to obtain bids and proposals and prepare scopes of work. Your duties may also include standard Enterprise and Technical Architect duties.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

  • 60% Project Management for all IT or Data-related projects in the company
  • 20% Business Analysis and requirements gathering
  • 10% Develop and monitor IT governance processes
  • 10% Other duties as assigned

Essential Qualifications:

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each key duty satisfactorily, as well as exhibit the following qualifications:

  • Required Experience: 5+ years of experience working as an IT project manager.
  • Preferred Experience:
  • Project management certification a plus.
  • Salesforce administrator experience a plus.
  • Experience with Integration Platforms as a Service (IPaaS) a plus.
  • Data warehouse design and implementation a plus.
  • Digital dashboard system management a plus.
  • Experience developing and documenting enterprise reference architecture a plus.
  • Experience with security best practices related to applications, servers, and networks a plus.
  • Education or additional experience equivalent to a Bachelor’s Degree or higher in an information technology/web-related field.Web development, network administration, and database administration experience a plus.
