We’re looking for Inside Sales Associates who have a genuine desire to help others and a passion to serve those in need. You will receive weekly 1 on 1 coaching and training sessions from Sales Managers to enhance sales performance.

Inside Sales Representative Responsibilities:

  • Close warm sales leads from prospects inquiring about our service and up-selling additional products
  • Ability to develop a strong rapport with prospects – great personality needed!
  • Ability to quickly identify customer needs and make appropriate sales recommendations
  • Multi-tasking between speaking and data capture
  • Ability to learn product suite quickly
  • Demonstrate strong product knowledge

Inside Sales Representative Qualifications:

  • A passion for generating sales. Call center experience a plus!
  • Display a competitive spirit to meet and exceed company wide and personal sales goals
  • Ability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays
  • Computer proficient with the ability to multi-task
  • BA/BS preferred; High School Diploma or GED required
