edTech is looking to hire for the position of Senior HR Recruiter for our client.
The Sr. HR Recruiter will independently perform activities associated with the recruitment and will aid in screening applicants for basic qualifications using compliant data management techniques, review resumes, interview candidates, and develop diverse slates of candidates and finalists for manager consideration. The Sr. Recruiter will also prepare and enter any needed data or complete paperwork relating to hiring or on-boarding. They should have experience and knwledge recruiting from a variety of different industries.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience recruiting in a fast-paced, complex environment
- Ability to work independently in complex projects and collaboratively on a team
- Ability to exercise independent judgment
- Ability to consult effectively with multiple customers in a decentralized environment
