The Project Management Senior Associate-Operations is accountable to executive sponsors for schedule, coordination, substantive content and quality of on-going firm growth related projects, which may have many related projects managed within. The incumbent will apply broad, advanced project management principles and concepts to growth related projects, and contribute to innovation of new concepts and ideas, and continuous process improvement. Program duties may not always fall within a defined subproject. This individual will work directly with WMO Market Leader, WMO Industry Leaders and Project Manager-Operations focusing on internal marketing, communications, industry research, analysis, updates, maintenance of client relationship management systems (CRM) and firm growth tool data. Active participation/facilitation of internal firm growth-team meetings including documentation and execution of action items and pursuit plans. This individual will have a working knowledge of CRM systems, social media and business and professional publications in order to provide quality data control and management, generate reports and communicate findings. This individual must be a creative, self- starter who can work independently at times and know when to check back with stakeholders for guidance. A business acumen, working knowledge of business transactions and client relationship management is a plus.
Manage multiple projects and stakeholder relationships to ensure business needs are met, projects are delivered on time, and potential projects are managed, including:
Define and manage business growth pursuit plans and growth team objectives and deliverables that support business goals, and take appropriate steps to ensure project objectives are met in a timely and efficient manner
Manage pursuit and growth team issues identifying obstacles and identifying solutions
Identify industry publications, press releases and news relevant to the growth and pursuit teams, document in CRM, and relay to teams and collaborate to inform and progress team objectives
Synthesize multiple sources of relevant market, industry and prospective client data to inform growth and pursuit teams
Identify and execute appropriate communication methods to meet stakeholder and senior leadership needs on the accurate status of a project
Create and maintain project documentation to identify, evaluate, scope, plan, monitor, and follow up on active prospect pursuits
May serve as a career advisor to office services employees and/or mentor to project managers and junior project team members
