Position: General Manager in Training

About the Role:
Noodles & Company is seeking motivated, skilled leaders to join us as General Manager in Training. This role offers a unique opportunity to begin by gaining hands-on experience across multiple locations before stepping into a General Manager position at a designated store. You’ll be working closely with the Area Manager and upper management to uphold company policies, drive operational excellence, and foster a strong team culture.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with upper management to ensure the store’s operational standards meet company expectations.
- Support the team by creating a positive, productive work environment and implementing Noodles & Company’s high standards for service, quality, and compliance.
- Oversee daily operations, initially across multiple stores, before transitioning to manage a single location as General Manager.

Pay: $62,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
