We are seeking a Senior Technical Recruiter who is versatile, flexible, detail and process oriented, and works well in a fast-paced environment. We are looking for someone local to Dallas/Irving or who is willing to relocate and who can start almost immediately.
The Sr. Technical Recruiter will work closely with various internal functional groups in multiple locations, including overseas. The perfect candidate should be able to manage a full life cycle recruiting process with an emphasis in meeting time-to-fill goals. They will work as a staffing consultant to identify resource needs, create job descriptions and candidate profiles. Develop internal and external recruiting strategies, execute strategies and meet demand.
Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To:
2-5 years full life cycle Technology recruiting experience
2 years’ experience in Recruiting Strategy: Collaborate with recruiting managers and peers to develop and implement recruiting strategy.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Influential communicator, both verbal and written
Ability to work independently to meet hiring needs/produce results
Positive attitude and team player
