Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Eyebrow Threader to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for esthetics and have a talent for precision and attention to detail. The Eyebrow Threader will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, performing eyebrow threading services, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
Responsibilities:
- Perform eyebrow threading services to create defined and clean brows.
- Provide exceptional customer service by listening to clients' needs, offering recommendations, and ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
- Keep up to date with the latest trends and techniques in esthetics, makeup application and eyelash extensions is a plus.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to all health and safety protocols.
- Work effectively as part of a team, supporting colleagues and contributing to a positive work environment.
- Stay informed about products and services offered in-store.
- Collaborate with other estheticians and cosmetologists to provide a comprehensive range of services.
- Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of skincare.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in eyebrow threading techniques, license in cosmetology or esthetics preferred.
- Prior experience as an Eyebrow Threader or in a related field.
- Excellent customer service skills and a passion for providing exceptional experiences.
- Knowledge of waxing and tinting is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A commitment to maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
- A willingness to stay up-to-date with the latest trends and techniques in esthetics.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
