A Salesforce Systems Analyst I will:
Design, configure, maintain and administer the Admin applications, which may include CRM, CSW, KanBan, Policy and Claims Admin systems, and/or Workflow and Repository systems. This includes troubleshooting system issues and providing technical advice and support for users.
Serve as the project lead for limited profile projects to enhance and deploy new functionality.
Create training documents and maintain project files and updates.

Essential Duties:
Design, configure and administer the Admin application.
Work closely with Sr and Lead Analysts to understand business processes for system solutions.
Analyze, design, develop, and implement custom solutions based on planning and analysis of business system requirements, system changes and enhancements in consultation with internal departments; define business processes as required.
Administer overall setup, configuration and maintenance of the application. This includes troubleshooting system issues and providing technical advice and support for users.
Perform systems analysis, data analysis, and production support for company applications and administration systems.
Test all solutions to ensure they meet business requirements and are “fit-for-purpose".
Present and validate solutions with users.
Create and execute test plans, log and prioritize defects.
Work on personal development.

Required Education and Experience:
Bachelor's Degree in related field, equivalent work experience or demonstrated competency.
6 months-2 years' programming, systems analysis, or business analysis experience, equivalent work experience and/or demonstrated competency.
Experience working in a team-oriented collaborative environment.
Or, equivalent military experience.

Preferred Education and Experience:
LOMA courses; Master's Degree.
Experience with process mapping/process documentation.
Configuration experience with Enterprise applications.
Vast knowledge of insurance.
Proficient using all MS Office applications (Visio, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
Strong analytical skills with a demonstrated ability to extensively analyze business processes and workflows.

Serve as a technical expert on all aspects of data & application support.
