Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Therapist to join our dedicated team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality behavioral health services to individuals with diverse needs, including those with developmental disabilities, addiction, and other mental health concerns. Responsibilities
- Provide individual and group therapy sessions to patients with developmental disabilities, addiction, and other mental health concerns.
- Conduct diagnostic evaluations to assess patients' needs and develop personalized treatment plans.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including medical professionals, to ensure comprehensive care.
- Utilize evidence-based practices to deliver effective and innovative behavioral health interventions.
- Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation in accordance with HIPAA regulations.
- Participate in inpatient and outpatient settings, including pediatric and adult populations.
- Develop and lead group therapy sessions to foster a sense of community and support among patients.
- Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with the latest advancements in behavioral health.
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field.
- Licensure or certification as a Therapist or Counselor, depending on state requirements.
- Proven experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities, addiction, and other behavioral health concerns.
- Familiarity with diagnostic evaluation procedures and behavioral health treatment modalities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in medical documentation and HIPAA regulations.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract
Pay: $50.00 - $60.00 per hour
