A high-producing, premier residential real estate team based out of Northern Virginia is currently looking for a motivated Inside Sales Associate to handle overflow of high price point buyer/seller leads. The Inside Sales role is a very important addition for the team’s growth trajectory and will be the gatekeeper of all leads.

How an Inside Sales Agent works

Inside Sales Agents are on the front lines of helping organizations call and track leads (our most important asset). Your passion to learn from and connect with others will ultimately help the organization grow, and it will help us figure out which sales role you belong in. All real estate salespeople start on the phones. The ISA connects with, fosters, nurtures, and converts leads into clients through constant communication.

Compensation

$2,000+/month base salary
Generous commission structure with the potential to earn $100,000 - $150,000 or more!

Responsibilities:
Drive growth by calling Buyer/Seller leads, Expired listings, For Sale By Owners, and follow up with both past and current customers
Converting leads into customers by setting appointments daily
Develop relationships through phone, email, social media, and professional networking
Prospect revenue opportunities (cold call) and build a pipeline to reach quota!
Develop account relationships and close sales quickly
Work directly with and help manage both the sales and admin team’s calendar

Qualifications:
1-2 years of experience in a sales-driven environment
Must love talking to and connecting with clients
Competitive/Winning attitude. Must want to be #1
Exceptional written, verbal, phone and presentation skills
Experience with an online Client Relationship Management (CRM) system
Passion to hunt (cold-call), educate and sell; not easily intimidated
Great communication skills and a willingness to work hard
Be committed to lead generation
Be available to work nights and weekends when necessary
Real estate license, or willing to obtain license upon hiring
Ability to remain self motivated and organized as you will be working from your own office space (This is a remote position).
