Job Summary
SEABOB is seeking a dynamic and organized bilingual Customer Service Representative to support our team with administrative and communication tasks in the Service and Sales departments.
The ideal candidate will be fluent in both English and Spanish, possess strong organizational skills, handle tasks over a cloud-based platform, is tech savvy with knowledge of computers, mobile devices, Microsoft Office and other programs.
Our office is based in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. Ideally, you have some watersports and an outdoor affinity. You feel comfortable in communicating with everyone from a deckhand to a superyacht owner.

Key Responsibilities:
- Process sales quotes, orders and service tickets in a complex CRM system
- Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and in person
- Address customer inquiries and requests in a professional and timely manner
- Provide accurate and helpful information to customers regarding product features, specifications, availability, pricing and shipping
- Follow up with customers to ensure their needs are met and they are satisfied
- Attend and represent SEABOB at local and international trade shows and events
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our products/services and company policies
Qualifications:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish
- High school diploma or equivalent, college degree is preferred
- Previous customer service experience is a plus
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Availability to occasionally travel locally and internationally and to work on weekends or extended hours for companyTrade Shows
- Able to occasionally lift up to 75 pounds
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.64 - $22.44 per hour
