The Nightlife Host Manager is responsible for building the host team (5+) and upholding operational policies, while accomplishing sales goal. The ideal candidate would have a strong history of providing an exceptional customer experience in a high volume environment, while overseeing staff and operational plans.
Oversee host dept weekly plan and staff schedules
Recruit, hire, train and supervise host personnel
Responsible for all venue checklists .. opening, closing, during
Report weekly revenues and expenses
Greeting all guests promptly and pleasantly.
Providing quick & courteous access to all of our guests.
Ringing up all admission fees + accounting for all guests.
Upholding dress code policies & liquor laws
Up selling guests on member cards, bottle service, and upcoming events.
Assisting, and ensuring the completion of opening, during and closing checklists.
Ensure all areas are clean, organized and presentable for our customers at all times.
Ensuring all company policies are being upheld at all times.
A positive attitude and professional appearance
History of managing individuals with positive results
Ability to Plan, and Organize
Strong computer skills w/spreadsheets and web applications
Experience hosting in a high volume nightlife environment.
Experience with pos systems, and ability to use quickly and accurately.
Ability to stand for long periods of time.
Positive work history (dependability, compliance, performance).
Ability to commit to employment contract w/6 month commitment + 3 wk notice.
Must be at least 18 years old.
40+ hours per week.
Thurs, Fri, Saturday (7pm - 3am)

Competitive Hourly Rate .. $12 - $15 per hour based on experience and work history
