Job Description: As a Senior Consultant, you will support Federal executives in solving their most complex management and operational challenges. The incumbent for this position will be offered numerous opportunities to immediately contribute on meaningful projects and to gain experience across multiple disciplines (e.g., performance management, strategy, transformation, and project management), and to build a dynamic career on a solid foundation. Our clients range from Fortune 500 corporations to large Federal Government agencies. Our engagements support the highest levels of management alongside hands-on deployment. Responsibilities
- Client Engagement & Relationship Management: Senior Consultants are responsible for engaging with working-level and executive clients to collaborate on deliverable development, project management, project scoping, and requirements gathering. Senior Consultants should have an in-depth understanding of a client’s business challenges, strengths, weaknesses, and key objectives.
- Project Management: Senior Consultants are responsible for leading the development of complex work products, leveraging innovative techniques and solutions. Senior consultants should ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, & on budget.
- Strategic Analysis: Conducting in-depth client analysis to identify potential business problems and opportunities. Developing compelling strategic recommendations to address identified client challenges.
- Team Leadership & Development: Leading, mentoring, and developing junior consulting staff. Contributing to the development of new innovative methodologies, tools, and practices. Aiding in the facilitation of knowledge sharing and skill development within your team.
- Business Development: Senior Consultants will endeavor to develop additional work streams within their account team. Senior Consultants are responsible for supporting proposal development, marketing, sales, and social media - as directed by the CEO, COO, or their Director.
- PMO Support: As a PMO support specialist, you will play a pivotal role in guiding and enhancing project management practices within key government agencies.
Qualifications
- Successful candidates will have an academic background in finance, management, business administration, public administration, engineering, technology, information systems, and/or government.
- 2-5 years of consulting experience including deliverable development is essential including creating executive reports, dashboards, data visualizations, and written work products.
- Capable of managing conflicting priorities with adaptability, while ensuring alignment with overarching strategic goals.
- Ability to advance initiatives independently with minimal day-to-day supervision.
- Excellent strategic thinking, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively across internal teams and lead cross-functional initiatives.
- Security clearance (or ability to obtain one) is a requirement.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $110,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
