A Customer Service Coordinator is someone who offers customer service support as well as coordinates all phases of our e-commerce business; from order placements, supervising distribution, and resolving customer issues. This position will also track reports, prepare and distribute e-commerce marketing materials, forward phone calls, and prepare/monitor any sales/expense reporting associated with this business.

At times, they might handle light bookkeeping or assist in making a sale. This position will be trained on basic e-commerce management skills, customer service techniques and product training. This position is key to the success of our e-commerce business.

Examples of Duties:

Tracks all orders placed via online and phone.

Ensures proper accurate and timely inventory packaging and distribution.

Takes orders via phone.

Handles any customer inquiries and resolves service issues.

Coordinates the distribution of e-commerce marketing material for sales teams.

Collaborates in contacting potential customers and mailing samples for specific territories.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Needs to be driven, presentable, organized, professional and energetic.
  • Skill in dealing with the public; knowledge of and proven ability to apply customer service techniques.

Effective communicator and friendly to customers.

  • Must have a solid grasp on products he/she is selling together with knowledge of the competition. Training will be provided.
  • Knowledge of merchandising and selling techniques and methods.

Minimum Qualifications:

Associates degree in Marketing or field appropriate to area of assignment.

Computer Literate.

References required.

Compensation:

30-40 hour weekly position paid per hour.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Salary: $12.00 to $15.00 /hour
