The Front of House Manager's focus will be delivering exceptional hospitality on a daily basis at Milford Hills. The objective of this position is customer satisfaction; increasing restaurant revenue while controlling costs; menu planning; cleanliness of the facility; direct and actively participate in the training of personnel in these positions.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for overseeing the day to day operation of the Pub at Milford Hills
  • Assume responsibility for all service and FOH staff
  • Oversee event reservations and payments
  • Hire, Train, Schedule, Manage, and Maintain all current and new FOH staff
  • Oversee bar and restaurant floor in order to promote exceptional customer service
  • Assist Event Manager with any contracted, or member related events
  • Keep department clean and orderly at all times, ensuring that all FOH employees are on task
  • Customer complaint resolution
  • Monthly inventory

Qualifications

  • Preferred 3 years in the Hospitality Industry
  • Previous management experience
  • Passion for customer service
  • Bachelors Degree in Business preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in Mac OS, Microsoft Word, and Excel
  • Strong problem solving skills, and the ability to prioritize and multi-task
  • Must be available to work weekends and nights
  • Valid driver’s license and legal authority to work in the United States
  • Must pass pre-employment drug screen and potential random drug screens throughout employment
  • Background check required prior to start of employment
