We are seeking an energetic, passionate, and resourceful team player to help support the growth of our Video Games practice. This is a key role for our team and a wonderful opportunity to build a career with a leading marketing research consultancy and the gaming industry.
You will be working directly on projects for leading video gaming brands across Triple-A Console and PC developers and publishers, mobile, eSports, and gaming media. Your primary responsibility will be helping us build stronger client relationships and lead projects from start to finish. We are looking for candidates with a good understanding of the fundamentals of quantitative market research, demonstrated success in juggling multiple priorities, and managing teams.
In particular, the Project Manager will be expected to:
Work closely with a team of research and analysis specialists to design, implement, and manage all phases of market research and strategic communications projects
Manage multiple projects independently while maintaining full ownership of time management, project coordination, and stakeholder alignment
Provide project direction, design and analysis
Draft questionnaires, check questionnaire programs for logic, accuracy and completeness, edit/proof data tables, review/approve codes.
Analyze data and contribute to client deliverables
Demonstrate ability to work in a fast-paced deadline-driven environment.
Can manage both upstream and downstream
Develop a deep understanding of specific client business issues and conduct deep analysis of research results to help drive strategy and business planning
Partner with clients to ensure that our research meets their needs
Supervise a team of Analysts
Our ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree and 3-7 years’ experience in market research (preferably supply-side) or a related field. Other attributes of the successful candidate include:

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word
Experience with statistical software (specifically SPSS) and Tableau is preferable but not required
Proficiency with project management software (such as Asana, Trello, etc.)
Passionate engagement with gaming and knowledge of the trends impacting the games industry landscape a plus
