SUMMARY:
The Sr. Payroll Systems Analyst will be responsible for supporting the global Payroll and Time & Attendance solution as well as driving innovative solutions that support the business. This position will be responsible for understanding business processes and requirements, to design, test and implement changes. This position will report directly to the Manager, Global Payroll and will be based in our U.S. headquarters in Carmel, IN.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Proactively develop relationships with internal partners to gain deep understanding of business requirements.
Partner with HR Business Partners globally to design the systems according to requirements and find solutions for continuous improvements.
Understand future system functionality through connections, vendor community and User Groups to help drive innovative processes.
Understand and support integrations to and from other systems
Understand, document, and streamline HR/payroll business processes across all functions.
Work with internal business groups to develop reports to support their business needs.
Support M&A projects in relation to Payroll and Time & Attendance Systems. Provide day to day support in system setup for security and troubleshooting issues.
Develop user procedures and training documentation to train end users as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS:
BS/BA required, preferably in Accounting, Human Resources, or IT/Computer Science.
3+ years in HR/Payroll/Finance experience with progressive responsibility in supporting technology.
Experience with Kronos and Workday highly preferred.
Strong, proven analytical skills to understand complex system design and ability to troubleshoot issues.
Ability to identify trends and implement new processes to standardize, where appropriate.
Ability to write, maintain and support a variety of reports or queries.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel with the ability to create formulas, charts, graphs and pivot tables.
Project/process management experience
Strong leadership skills and ability to interact with all levels of the organization.
Detail-oriented with an unwavering commitment to pursue relevant and accurate data.
Results-oriented - ability to handle multiple, time-sensitive projects while focusing on the quality of work delivered.
Ability to work well both independently and on a team in a deadline driven environment.
