Responsibilities
The Infolease Senior Developer supports the development, implementation and ongoing maintenance of the Infolease systems. Successful candidate will work with the Technology team, business and International Decision Systems (IDS) to upgrade the current Infolease platforms to IL 10.

To succeed in this role, the candidate will:
Participate in the design, development and implementation of custom solutions for all Infolease platforms.
Provide technical direction and system architecture for individual initiatives.
Work under minimal supervision with general guidance from manager.
Collaborate with internal teams and vendor to support all internal Infolease development and project schedule requirements for the upgrade to IL10.
Consult with business and IT partners to strategize, plan and implement needed projects within designated time and budget constraints.
Facilitate the development of new business processes with the internal client. Recognize and document business process gaps and propose improvements.
Qualifications
7+ years of Infolease application development and implementation experience, using UniBasic code.
6+ years of hands-on software development experience creating stored procedures, triggers and functions.
4 + years’ experience developing MS SQL Server database objects and database designs.
Experience with supporting a production application including meeting SLAs, troubleshooting and performance monitoring.
Ability to translate high level business requirements into technical design.
Previous software development experience within the financial services industry required; preferably with a leasing background.
Familiarity with SQL server replication methodologies.
Good verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
