75k/ year plus commissions
A person who has experience in and can perform the following:
- Interface with customers as frequently as possible to ensure customer needs are being met.
- Willing to coach, train, mentor, and develop in a fast-paced sales environment
- Participate in the recruitment and hiring of all sales positions.
- Conduct frequent sales meetings to keep the sales team informed about company and department performance, product updates, and industry trends.
- Perform Performance Reviews for all individuals within the sales team.
- Ensure sales staff adheres to company and department policies and procedures.
- Manage & oversee incoming traffic from all leads.
- Desk deals based on incentives.
- Assist in inventory control, ensuring a focus on aging units.
- Maintain high customer satisfaction scores.
Skills:
- Must demonstrate excellent written and verbal communications.
- Highly-polished, proven leadership qualities with an emphasis on sales.
- Ability to deliver World Class Client Satisfaction.
- Previous experience required.
- Highly organized.
