Job Description

Serves as a System Deployment Analyst and deputy to the Deployment Manager within the Lifecycle Logistics Section. The Deployment Analyst is a subject matter expert for the fielded product and mission support. The position requires the ability to coordinate the analysis, acquisition, implementation, installation, fielding and training of an Army system for deployment of each release into the production environment. The Deployment Analyst is responsible for assisting the Deployment Manager with the development and delivery of the Deployment Plan, while ensuring the plan includes all requirements as outline within the IPPS-A Implementation Plan, Lifecycle Sustainment Plan (LCSP) and the Deployment Management Plan.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Leads the Deployment Team in absence of the Deployment Manager and provides training to the team as required
Assist the Deployment Manager, Program and Lifecycle Logistics Managers and the ILS and CM Leads in the planning of each release and delivering required CDRLs
Create and maintain checklists to support each deployment and implementation activity
Responsible for assisting the Deployment Manager with the development and delivery of the Deployment Plan, ensuring the plan includes all requirements outline within the IPPS-A Implementation Plan, Lifecycle Sustainment Plan (LCSP) and the Deployment Management Plan
Ensure each release meets customer operational and functional requirements
Provide production and development support for incrementally deployed releases and future release deployments to include a development environment for patches and fixes
Ensures release controls are documented and well understood by development Teams and Program Support Teams
Assists the Deployment Manager with the coordination of and ensuring that all sanctioned communications to all stakeholders have been properly prepared, reviewed, and executed
Ensures the architecture and associated infrastructure on which applications are deployed are robust and stable
Provides support to ensure the program meets all key performance parameters and achieves all established organizational objectives
Interface with Government and other stakeholder customers and represent CACI in project meetings
Contribute to the continuous improvement of the business areas Program Management Office.

Required Qualifications:
Bachelors degree or equivalent
Must have demonstrated training and experience with PeopleSoft
Must have a minimum of 5 years experience deploying large scale ERP systems, programs and/or software
Must have previous Army Active Duty Military experience or experience working with Army Active Duty units within the areas of Army Human Resource and/or Pay Operations
Demonstrated success at assisting in the management of, or managing integrated teams of complex technologies and processes
Must possess the ability to lead, and delegate responsibility, tasks and authority
Strong verbal and written communications skills
Strong organization and time management skills
Strong interpersonal skills
Experience with Integrated Management Schedules
Must be familiar with Army Human Resource Operations Field Manual (FM) 1-0 and Financial Management Operations FM 1-06
Must be familiar with DoD and Army Acquisition Policies (DoDD 5000.01 and DoDI 5000.02)
SECRET clearance

Desired Qualifications:
PMP Certification or DAU Program Management Level I or higher
Applied Information Technology Service Management Deployment Experience in large scale IT organization
Familiar with Army Regulation (AR) 350-1 (Army Training and Leader Development) and Army Doctrine Reference Publication (ADRP) 7-0 Training Units and Developing Leaders
Experience in providing training or training support to military units
