  • Minimum 7-10 years US exp / BA Arch./ Lic. Preferred.
  • AUTOCAD exp. Req'd (Revit and/or BIM a plus)
  • Must have established prior experience in commercial project construction documents and be able to handle the detailing necessary (and running projects and the team) and must have code experience. Must comprehend production of a CD set, CAD, use design input and be able to run a job thru completion.
  • BArch in US accredited school
  • Registered Architect strongly preferred


Meet with clients and meet their goals efficiently


Management experience with projects from beginning to completion


Coordination between engineers and contractors


Communicate, listen and work well with a team


Manage project schedules to meet deadlines


Must comprehend code compliance


Experienced in commercial building design


Strong technical detailing and construction document implementation; Planning Board Experience a plus.

The firm is an established Northern Bergen County mid-sized,multi-disciplined; award-winning architectural firm specializing in educational, retail, mixed-use, multi-family and commercial projects of all kinds; as well as custom residential for a select clientele. Must be able to work independently but also take direction. Must have good graphic/organizational and possess solid Architectural /CAD capabilities but not be afraid to delegate.

Revit experience preferred but not required.

Reqmts: Must be a team player, able to work with others/ individually but be able to delegate while running projects.

Skills: Auto Cad; Photoshop, Sketch-up ; Office Suite; with Revit/Bim a plus.

Job responsibilities: will be to manage/run projects while marking up for others.

Code compliance,Multiple team management ;

CAD detailing;Construction Document implementation.


Candidates should have a prior Project Management experience,thorough CAD skills/background, plus clear interpersonal/ work/ presentation skills, as well as being just a nice person to work with.
