Real Estate Planning Process – Renewal, Remodel, Relocation and New Location Projects
Site Identification and Selection
Security and Safety Procedures
Shared Facilities – Product Finishes Division
Capital Expenditures and Equipment

Branch Equipment – Specification, Quotes and Installation
Sustainability Project Management
EFCA Processing, Approval and Vendor Payment

Facility Repairs

Division Centralized Repair Program
Contractor Selection, Specification, Quotes and Completion
Landlord Repairs

Cost Reduction

Continuous Improvement and Annual Cost Savings
Equipment, Utility and Sustainability Management
Capital Cost Avoidance – Negotiate with Landlords

Administrative
Analyze Market Availability and Comparable Rates
Terms Negotiation
Preparation of Legal Documents – Leases, Amendments, Estoppels, SDN&As, Repair Notifications, RFPs and LOIS
Reports, Annual Reconciliation Reviews and Budgets

FORMAL EDUCATION:
Bachelor Degree – Business Discipline or Real Estate
Preferred: MBA - Business

KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE:
5 Years of Experience and Responsibility in Real Estate or Facility Management
Preferred: Real Estate License
