Forbes Media’s Integrated Marketing Team seeks a strategic and creative marketing professional with an extensive multi-platform media background and a specific expertise in content development. This Associate Director of Integrated Marketing position reports to our Vice President of Integrated Marketing.
Conceptualize and create custom integrated marketing programs for the company’s largest advertising partners, across a range of categories including: technology, auto, finance, B2B, travel and luxury
Employ across media (print, digital, mobile, social, etc.)
Enhance via strategic extensions (e.g. partnerships/talent, experiential/events, CRM/engagement tactics, new technologies)
Play a key role in helping drive strategy throughout new RFP responses and proactive opportunities Proactively identify and deliver innovative ideas to drive growth opportunities
Articulate these ideas via written proposals and presentations that effectively communicate concept & deliverables
“Quarterback” development process (liaise with sales, editorial, events, research teams, etc.)
Attend and present ideas at client/agency meetings
Collaborate with project managers to oversee strategic execution of sold programs
5+ years+ in media marketing, with a strong foundation in digital.
Other backgrounds may include agency or client-side marketing.
Experience creating custom content (content marketing, native advertising) strongly preferred
Excellent communication abilities combined with effective interpersonal skills.
Must be comfortable working closely with sales leadership and outside clients/ agencies.
Strong writing aptitude and presentation skills essential
Multi-tasker, able to work on several clients in diverse industries at once
