Job Description
The incumbent will play a central role in the execution of online strategies for the hotel. This position will work closely with corporate colleagues to achieve business goals and objectives. He/she will have a high degree of visibility across the organization and will play a vital role in helping achieve its aggressive growth objectives.

Job Focus

Focus is on, but not limited to the following:
Create, execute and manage online & interactive marketing and promotion calendars to match offline marketing initiatives for SLS Las Vegas
Create and manage promotions in OPERA with accuracy for booking in all channels.
Work closely with marketing, public relations, revenue management & sales teams to optimize offline initiatives and partner relationships to drive on-line awareness and increase revenue
Generate packages that drive room nights including building them for go-live
Distribute offers to online channels including OTA’s
Work with graphics to develop online creative assets for Display networks
Maintain and update content on SLS Las Vegas website
Communicate campaign status and success criteria to internal property contacts
Help develop, implement and maintain key digital marketing activities to drive lead generation, direct response and sales impact (SEO/SEM, online advertising, mobile, etc.)
Understand key digital marketing platforms for insight generation
Exploration of new e-commerce/online opportunities to support all hotel marketing strategies
Other duties as assigned by the Vice President of Marketing
Effectively communicate with all levels of employees as well as outside contacts
Develop, review and comprehend all necessary documentation
Perform and/or learn aspects of marketing that may, or may not, be included in this job description
Must have highly developed interpersonal skills, with an affinity for teamwork with in a small organization
Responsible for social media communication including advertisements
Desired Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree
3-5 years of e-commerce and interactive (digital) marketing experience
On-line retail and merchandising experience
Demonstrated experience with SEO, SEM, PPC, Email marketing, Adwords, etc.
Experience managing & optimizing on line marketing campaigns
Demonstrated capabilities using analytical platforms such as Google Analytics, Coremetrics or similar
Displays a passion for e-commerce and digital marketing
Has a deep understanding of both off-line and on-line CPG sales functions
Is highly analytical and able to collect, analyze and interpret data
Technical acumen & ability to act as liaison between marketing & IT departments
Must be knowledgeable about the web and emerging technologies
