The position of Executive Administrative Assistant for Cambria Style is responsible for providing administrative support to the Cambria Style Editor in Chief. This role is the perfect fit for an energetic person that is interested in being around other driven, motivated individuals working hard to build a growing brand.
Supports Cambria Style Editor-in-Chief with various administrative duties and other daily workflow tasks.
Plans, schedules, and organizes key meetings and travel for the Cambria Style team.
Handles incoming calls regarding Cambria Style inquiries, answers questions, and directs to the appropriate person within the business to resolve.
Calendar management for the Editor-in-Chief. Understands the key business priorities and proactively ensures that calendar schedules are reviewed daily, and that conflicts are resolved in a timely manner.
Consolidates data and produces reports in a variety of different formats as required.
Create/Maintain PowerPoint presentations for Cambria Style and/or department needs
Prepares monthly expense reports for Cambria Style team.
Assist in maintaining budget for CS projects
Produces information by transcribing, formatting, inputting, editing, retrieving, copying, and transmitting text, data, and graphics.
Conserves executive's time by reading, researching, and routing correspondence; drafting letters and documents; collecting and analyzing information; initiating telecommunications.
Represents the executive by attending mktg group mktg meetings in the EIC’s absence; taking notes where relevent
Maintains customer confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential.
Completes projects by assigning work to clerical staff; following up on results.
Prepares reports by collecting and analyzing information.
Secures information by completing data base backups.
Provides historical reference by developing and utilizing filing and retrieval systems; recording meeting discussions
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Minimum of 2+ years of executive-level administrative experience required.
Strong MS office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Proven project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects and establish priorities.
Detail orientation with the commitment to quality and accuracy in all end product deliverables.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Solid and proven work ethic and outstanding organizational skills
Strong problem solving skills with the ability to independently find solutions.
Ability to communicate and interact effectively with internal and external customers.
Proven interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence, with the ability to diplomatically resolve conflict with tact and sensitivity.
The ability to appropriately handle confidential information and meet tight deadlines
Willingness to do whatever it takes to get the job done.
