Facebook is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support 2-3 Directors on various short-term assignments (that will vary in time from approximately 1-12 weeks or more) depending on business need. This role will primarily focus on providing short-term administrative support to executives across the business in situations involving high-profile/critical vacancies and other instances where additional Admin support is required. This role will constantly change with demands and needs of executives across the business and the person in this role will need to be ready to act quickly, shift gears, and perform administrative duties with a high level of confidentiality. This position requires a person who is comfortable and flexible supporting the needs of various teams and leaders across the business.
This role is seeking someone with experience in supporting executives, who can pivot quickly from one business/leader to another, is exceptionally organized, is capable of multi-tasking, managing calendars, and supporting heavy business travel, and can successfully build relationships across the broader Facebook.
This position is full-time.
Coordinate internal and external meetings for multiple executives
Manage hectic and complex calendars
Prepare expense reports and purchase requisitions
Coordinate both domestic and international travel arrangements
Organize team and large offsite events
General office duties as needed
Build cross-functional relationships between departments
3+ years of experience providing administrative support to 1 or more executives
3+ years of experience coordinating travel logistics on behalf of 1 or more executives
3+ years of calendar management and expense report management experience for 1 or more executives
Experience prioritizing multiple tasks and responsibilities
Experience with Microsoft Office
