We are currently looking for outgoing and responsible server/bartender who can work full-time immediately and are excited to be a part of our team and enjoy working in K-Town restaurant to serve our guests with an amazing dining experience.

Sun-Thurs 5PM - 2AM
Fri-Sat 4PM - 4AM
Last call is one hour before closing time
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- At least 21 years old.
- Able to speak English fluently (Korean is a plus)
- 1 year of restaurant experience.
- Able to work on weekends and ALL holidays.
- Requires standing for extended periods, walking, pushing lifting up to 40LB, bending and reaching.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests with a genuine smile, builds rapport, and ensures an enjoyable, quality dining experience.
- Promptly and accurately takes food and beverages requests from the guest.
- Frequently checks up on the guests and uses visual cues to proivide silent service as appropriate.
- Learn Korean food and drink menu perfectly, and expertly recommends and upsell items.
- IDs all guests ordering alcoholic beverages.
- Practices conversational ordering by mentioning current promotional features.
- Handle all transactions with guests as a cashier.
- Always prepare high quality food and drinks according to the standardized recipes and instructions.
- Keep an eye on patron intoxication levels and respond appropriately.
Additional specific responsibilities
- Must be able to pre-bus tables effeciently.
- Clear and clean tables and seats and set up tables neatly.
- Must be able to hear well amongst loud background noice.
- Must be able to read menus to sight-impared guests.
- Must be able to read and write notes to hearing impared guests.
- Must be able to verbalize menu items clearly to guests while taking their orders or responding to their requests.
- Must be able to calmly respond to angry guests and notify a manager.
- Conduct stock inventory, check periodically and restock items as needed.
- Maintain the common areas organized and clean accordance with the Health and Mental Hygiene.
- Complete other duties or job checklist as requested by management.
