Job Summary:
As a Porter, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the elegance and functionality of our luxury building. Your primary responsibilities will include assisting residents with bringing packages when necessary, managing the reception door area, and ensuring that the property is clean, safe, and welcoming. Your friendly demeanor and attention to detail will help create an outstanding experience for all.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet residents and guests with a warm and professional demeanor at all times.
- Maintain cleanliness and order in the lobby and common areas.
- Ability to drive and park manual and automatic vehicles in assigned spaces safely.
- Assist with luggage and packages for residents and guests.
- Monitor access to the building and provide security by following safety protocols.
- Report maintenance issues and safety hazards to management as needed.
- Assist in setting up events or gatherings within the common areas.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the building management.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a hospitality, valet or service-oriented role is preferred.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Ability to lift heavy items and perform physical tasks as required.
- Reliable, punctual, and a team player.
- Must be flexible with scheduling, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
