Clarus Group is looking for full time Technical Recruiters to join our team in Washington, DC! Looking for any level of recruiting knowledge.


Our technical recruiters are responsible for recruiting, interviewing, salary negotiating, hiring, and staying up to date with the latest technologies in the IT industry. This is a fast paced, constantly changing and always exciting business. Recruiters must be able to juggle multiple tasks, daily. Our Recruiters work with large and small technical project teams for both the Federal Government and Commercial Businesses. Our training program teaches new recruiters our recruiting methods i.e. recruiting, interviewing, and most importantly, hiring the right people for our consulting services. The right person must have excellent oral and written communication skills, a 4-year degree or previous work related experience. We understand the importance of career growth, a great work environment and making great money, so we take every step necessary to provide our recruiters with the tools and training needed to grow professionally and financially.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree (business or technical degree) OR a previous successful recruiting background
  • Excellent oral and written Communication Skills
  • Great Computer skills using the internet and Microsoft Office
