The Executive Director is responsible for the day to day management for the Assisted and Independent Living Community as well as supervision, financial operations, planning, development, implementation, evaluation and improvement of programs; management of staff, and the delivery of high quality services as determined by the residents and their families. Individuals are responsible for ensuring operation of a program that is consistent with the philosophy of promoting each resident's independence while assuring them of the availability of assistance when needed.

Essential Duties:

  • Ensure compliance with corporate policies and state and federal regulatory agencies
  • Attain and or maintain targeted occupancy levels
  • Promote team building through participation and leadership
  • Ensure delivery of all resident services
  • Monitor and maintain cost control
  • Knowledgeable of fire and life safety codes

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Minimum of three years successful track record in managing in a Senior Living and/or Hospitality environment
  • Administrative experience in health, social services, and/or marketing
  • Possess emphatic attitude towards seniors
  • Ability to work weekends, evenings and flexible hours
