Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English is required and mandatory for this role. Candidates must demonstrate proficiency in speaking, reading, and writing in both languages.

We are seeking a skilled Psychometrics Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in research, data analysis, and statistical software, with a focus on clinical research and data collection.
A psychometrist primarily works under the supervision of licensed psychologists or neuropsychologists, administering and scoring standardized psychological and neuropsychological tests.
Responsabilities:
- Test Administration: Conducts cognitive, behavioral, and emotional assessments, often in one-on-one settings with patients or clients, using various standardized tools and tests.
- Test Scoring: Carefully scores test responses and inputs data according to protocol, ensuring accuracy for later interpretation by a supervising psychologist.
- Preparation of Testing Materials: Prepares testing kits, materials, and devices, maintaining them in good condition, and sometimes tailoring materials to fit individual testing needs.
- Patient Interaction: Works directly with patients or clients of diverse backgrounds, establishing rapport to facilitate accurate testing results and ensuring comfort throughout the testing process.
- Documentation and Record Keeping: Maintains organized and detailed records, documenting the testing process and patient behavior that may affect test results.
- Observation and Behavioral Notes: Observes and notes client behavior and emotional state during testing, providing additional context for interpreting test outcomes.
- Maintaining Confidentiality: Ensures the confidentiality of all patient records and test results in compliance with HIPAA and other relevant standards.
- Training and Supervision (if experienced): May train new psychometrists or supervise interns, depending on experience level.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Statistics, or related field; Master's degree preferred
