Full Job Description
We are looking for an energetic Software Engineer with a desire to grow their knowledge and experience as part of our dynamic Integrate™ team. Need to be comfortable working in an environment where you do not have all the answers and be willing to collaborate with others to achieve success. A desire to practice and learn development best practices, such as pair programming, test-driven development and shared code ownership will be key.
You will have the opportunity to work on multiple projects ranging from cloud-computing systems and web and desktop user interfaces, to algorithmic calculations and large scale distributed computing. This person is inquisitive, curious, a natural problem-solver and will respond to constructive feedback with ease.

Communication: Ability to effectively write and verbally communicate technical information.
Testing: Experience with modern code-first automated test practices (e.g., unit tests, API testing, load testing). We go fast with small teams. We do this by investing in fast, reliable and effective test automation throughout the stack.
Growth mindset: we do not expect expertise in everything but we believe great employees can learn almost anything.
Must be available for infrequent rotating on-call scenarios throughout the year. May require off business hours.
Experience with a modern systems language (e.g., C#, Java, TypeScript, Go, Rust, C++).
Bachelor’s degree in computer science or significant relevant software development experience.
Experience in software development in a general-purpose programming language.
Experience working on projects with multiple work-streams and multiple delivery phases.
Experience with data structures or algorithms gathered from a data structures or algorithms class, course projects, research, individual projects, internships or other practical experience inside or outside of school or work (including open source hobby coding).
Experience with the Azure cloud technologies and current cloud computing trends.
Actuarial and modeling knowledge through project work, thought leadership, product development or other means.
