Are you passionate about helping organizations understand and reach their goals? We’re looking for you: a strategy consultant who can identify an organization’s long-term goals and show it how to achieve them.
As a Strategy Consultant on our team, you’ll engage with Air Force clients to help them understand their organization and crystalize their goals. You’ll need to ask the right questions to draw out your client’s objectives and vision. You’ll support your team with research and data analysis for strategic consulting projects as they work to show clients their organization from the outside. From unrealized potential to systemic challenges, you’ll provide your client with a holistic view of their organization, as well as the multiple paths they can take to transform their operations to achieve their required end state.

4+ years of experience with a management or IT consulting firm
4+ years of experience with industry methods for strategic planning, organizational design, process improvement, organizational change management, or performance optimization, including managerial roles over staff
2+ years of experience in the facilitation of strategic planning or organizational transformation workshops, sessions, and off-sites
Experience with designing, coordinating, and deploying qualitative and quantitative data collection and analyses
Ability to travel up to 50% of the time within the US and work up alongside clients at locations in the National Capital Region
BA or BS degree
Nice If You Have:
5+ years of experience with strategic planning, organizational design, business process reengineering, organizational change management, strategic communications, Lean Six Sigma, integrated master scheduling, performance management, or overhead optimization
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint, Visio, Project, and Excel
Possession of excellent data gathering and analysis skills
Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills
BA or BS degree in Business, Management, Economics, or Industrial Engineering preferred or MA or MS degree a plus
