The opportunity
Spring Oak Senior Living is a growing senior living company and is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Director of Sales and Marketing to join our team. This position reports directly to the Executive Director of the community. As the Sales Director, you will be responsible for achieving the community’s leasing goals and sales targets. This will be accomplished by developing relationships with sources that will bring in qualified leads and then working the leads through the sales process.

Responsibilities:
- Generate inquiries and move-ins from targeted referral sources by fostering and maintaining relationships outside of the community, including but not limited to health care providers, hospitals, rehabilitation facilities, retirement and estate planners, real estate service providers, senior organizations, appropriate special interest groups, local civic groups/leaders and other community contacts.
- Attend and organize events to promote Spring Oak Senior Living and build relationships with potential residents and their families.
- Ensure quick response time and follow up to potential leads.
- Promote external image of the company to the public.
- Spend over 40% of time outside of the community generating inquires to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Manage social media channels and develop engaging content to promote our communities and services.
- Conduct home visits and give presentations to potential residents and their families.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive new leads and meet business goals which ultimately drive census and company objectives.
- Conduct and present analysis of competition, rates, and marketing opportunities and challenges.
- Collaborate and work closely with activities teams to strategize and develop family events and activities to promote a positive image to families and residents.
- Constantly assess and advise on community first impressions.
- Manage all sales and leads in the company’s CRM software.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in senior living sales.
- Excellent communication and networking skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay: This is an incentive-based position, to include a base + commission.
Base Salary: $50,000
+ bonus commissions $$$ Quarterly commissions
