The Coordinator position will create, execute, manage, and evaluate retention programming for CEAT undergraduate students. Oversee and participate in Living Learning Programs (LLP) activities and supervise/advise LLP mentors (PEATES). Oversee and coordinate schools through managing CEAT Tutoring and mentoring programs, and assist with management of CEAT Diversity Programs. Represent the Director at university and college level meetings as necessary.
Occasional time required to work evenings and weekends for events for enrollment and other activities.

Education & Experience
Bachelor's degree in any field of study and two years of experience working with college students in engineering, architecture or engineering technology.
Demonstrated ability to be a working supervisor, encourage collaborative and critical thinking, provide direction, expectations and related feedback, and ability to work successfully in a team environment.
Required to effectively communicate with a diverse population; possess excellent written and oral communication skills and proactive, collaborative interpersonal skills that balance urgency and a calming influence during stressful periods; competence using data analysis techniques to inform strategies; strong organizational skills to manage multiple, competing priorities.
Master's degree in Higher Ed, Student Affairs or another related field.
Experience Creating and executing retention programming.
Knowledge of engineering, architecture or engineering technology field.
