Develop project plans, strategies, new business pitches, timelines and status reports for both internal team members and external clients
Build and execute and secure repeat client business
Consistently know the status and needs of each client, campaign and influencer
Manage the work-flow of team projects between the media department, including the traffic of materials between the client, all to ensure deadlines are met
Lead team to drive strategy, and pitching of new and innovative campaign ideas
Drive conversations for reporting and optimizations for clients
Proof all versions of documents, contracts, briefs and reports before each project stage
The Digital Account Director will be office-based, and standard business hours are anticipated; however additional hours may be required from time to time to ensure campaign success

Qualifications and Skills Required
Bachelors’ degree required
5+ years’ experience in account management required
Strong leadership ability
Familiarity with Influencers
Self-starter who is eager to learn and get the job done well
Strong customer focus with an awareness of your impact on the client experience
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to present ideas persuasively and passionately
Ability and willingness to listen and learn from the experience of senior leaders
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Demonstrated willingness to take a “hands-on” approach with client materials and product
Must be committed and punctual, as well as flexible
Demonstrated ability to remain calm and friendly in a high pressured, busy environment
