The Vice President of Property Management will lead our team of Portfolio Managers. The position is responsible for the operations of a portfolio of Multifamily Communities. The goal of this position is to drive value through effective leadership, financial insight, and innovative business strategies. This position works closely with management throughout the organization, to ensure the strategic goals and values are achieved.
Oversee the operations of a portfolio of multi-family housing communities.
Monitor and maximizes bottom line profitability throughout the portfolio
Mentor and develops middle management, develops bench strength, creates clear and measurable goals that drive property and employee success
Drives consistency of operations, identifies best practices and leads implementations
Facilitate a healthy, collaborative team atmosphere. Develops internal trust and employs team integrity to achieve industry-leading results
Consult with Construction partners for property management-related considerations for developed assets as well as assets undergoing renovation
Exhibit strong interpersonal skills and effective employee management acumen
Develop and implement improved systems to monitor operating performance and team productivity
Stay abreast of industry compliance, legal and code issues to insure company adherence
Follow Bridge policies and procedures and comply with Fair Housing, state and federal laws
Special projects and other responsibilities as assigned
Ability to effectively manage competing and conflicting demands on time and attention.

Management, sales and marketing experience strongly preferred
Previous experience as a real estate executive or similar.
SKILLS AND ABILITIES
Bachelor's Degrees in Business, Accounting or related field or equivalent experience
More than 8 years of related multi-site, multi-housing experience
