What's in it for you?
Start with the paycheck: Customer Service Reps make up to $14.62 to $16.86 per hour. $36,753 depending on your relevant verifiable work experience and education. Additional financial incentives are currently available based on performance.

Ability to set appointments for our contracts in the funeral industry.The ideal candidate must have excellent communication skills, excellent customer service skills and enjoy helping others to provide our clients with motivation and support in a positive and professional work environment.

Responsibilities:
Calls prospective customers (provided).
Handles inbound requests for appointments.
Sets sales appointments for Sales Counselors.
Follows Company policies, scripts and guidelines to persuade potential customers to setup sales meetings.
Documents all phone calls and sales meetings.
Communicates with the Supervisor about calls and meetings.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Qualifications:
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Excellence in writing, grammar, and typing
Must be organized and have a strong work ethic
Confidence and professionalism to interact with clients over the phone
Drive and self-motivation
At least 18 years of age
6 months experience operating a computer in Windows based environment
Availability to work a flexible schedule which includes all hours of call center operation

Sales experience a plus!

Hours: Full-time: 40+ hrs/week: M-F 8AM - 5PM
