The Administrator will be responsible for complete oversight of the new Assisted Living neighborhood at Friendship Village including assisting the executive director in maintaining licensure and certification by ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations. Maintain current knowledge of applicable laws and regulations, and a positive relationship with representatives of governmental agencies who survey and inspect the community.
Promote and maintain a working relationship with the community health delivery system including residential living and skilled nursing. Maintain familiarity with the community’s Quality Indicator Reports, and ensure that corporate compliance and policy directives are implemented and monitored. Conduct in-service education for team members. Evaluate acceptability of outside private pay admissions. Assist in development of community budget, prepare monthly financial analysis and cash flows and approve purchase orders subject to Board policies.
Provide direction and advise team members regarding electronic medical records and electronic treatments and pharmacy. Provide coaching and development to leaders and team members.
Demonstrate professional manner to effectively deal with families, physicians, and related support groups and relationships. Demonstrate discernment with resident and team member needs. Make solid decisions regarding care, concerns and necessary improvements.
Our ideal candidate will possess in good standing a PA RN license.
