The Dot Corp is a printing, fulfillment, mailing, and digital solutions service company located in Orange county. We are currently seeking an experienced Direct Mail Sales Representative to join our Sales Team, selling into Non-profit, healthcare, local and state governments. This inside sales representative will play a fundamental role in customer acquisition, lead nurturing, and revenue growth objectives. You must be comfortable in making cold calls, generating interest, qualifying prospects, and closing sales. Pay: $60k base + Sales Activity Bonus structure of $10k - $40k+/ year
**Duties:**
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals
- Identify new business opportunities and partnerships
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify potential areas for growth
- Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM software to track sales activities
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials
**Skills:**
- Proven experience in technical sales, Direct Mail sales, or business development
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building long-term relationships
- Strong sales acumen with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets
