Chemical Production Engineer
We are in the very early stages of a plant expansion project and will be moving new technologies into this plant. This role will be involved in the scale-up and tech transfer of those new products and processes.
Providing production support, optimizing and improving existing processes, while focusing on waste reduction and overall safety.
Overall, the site employs 200 plus people, adding half a dozen engineers in 2022 (out of Dow Chemical, Solvay, and Sealed Air). This facility has doubled their headcount in the past 10 years and will double again within the next few years. This facility is well-kept (clean), the company culture is such that people rarely leave, they promote a good work-life balance.
Minimum Requirements:
- B.S. degree in Chemical Engineering
- 3+ years engineering experience out of manufacturing
- The following industries will be given priority: Chemicals, Pharmaceuticals, Food additives

Pay: $100,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
