Dominion Air & Machinery Co. is seeking an individual with sales experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment for our territory in North Carolina.

The Outside Sales Representative is responsible for developing business in Industrial, or Business-to-Business Sales within their assigned territory. The Sales Representative will use work experience, product training, and sales training to further enhance their skills and productivity.

The work of the Outside Sales Representative helps customers realize optimal benefits from using one or many of Damco's products. This leads to extraordinary customer satisfaction and thereby constitutes a major competitive advantage for Dominion Air & Machinery, Co.

Duties

  • Call end-customers and OEMs in the territory to promote and sell products and services
  • Acquire the knowledge and technical expertise necessary to sell Damco's Product Line
  • Reach and maintain sales goals
  • Professionally represent Dominion Air at all times

Requirements

  • Strong motivation and results-oriented attitude, self-starter
  • Appropriate personality for consultative selling
  • Ability to learn and apply new concepts
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, Computer literate
  • Experience in manufacturing and machine shops desirable
  • 2-5 years outside sales experience of industrial capital equipment
  • Clean driving record (required)
