About this opportunity

The Director, Practice Development Marketing Team will be responsible for leading a team of newly created Practice Development Managers that focus on executing the core Practice Development strategy and developing key programs that maximize the potential of integrating the Invisalign System (and the iTero Intra-Oral Scanner) into practices to drive practice growth and productivity.

This role will manage a team of 6 Practice Development Marketing Managers who will work closely with the consumer marketing, clinical education and commercial teams to deliver integrated programs that address the needs of the Invisalign Provider, practice staff and patient. The team will contribute to the continued growth of the North American business and will support our goal of being a trusted and valued partner for all Invisalign Providers; engaging, training and supporting them to deliver an optimal Invisalign patient journey.

The position will also be responsible for working with agency partners and ensure integration across all sales and marketing functions.

This role will report to the Senior Director, North American Professional Channel and will be based in Raleigh, NC. This role will consist of 50%+ travel.

In this role, you will…

Manage the hiring, development, and success of the Practice Development Team
Create the Practice development strategy and execute the go to market plan
Create our Doctor facing consumer activities in conjunction with our consumer marketing team
Manage the Practice development end-to-end leading to sales growth
Develop and execute key marketing strategies and initiatives within designated territories
Understand local market trends, practice and patient needs, and requirements
Work with sales leadership to develop a field based plan of execution
Work with our consumer marketing team to leverage both consumer demand and capture in individual practices
Work cross-functionally to develop programs and initiatives to support:
In practice patient conversion
Practice productivity and efficiency
Optimal patient experience
Develop Practice marketing collateral & resources
Ensure effective implementation in local markets

In this role, you’ll need …

A proven track-record with 10+ years of Marketing experience and 5+ years in a management role
Healthcare marketing and/or sales experience preferred
Past SEO/Agency experience preferred
Strong project management skills
Strong analytical skills for business analysis
Ability to work with individuals at all levels in an organization
Strong Communication skills (writing, oral, & presentation)
Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks
Show initiative, take action & maintain ownership of projects
Understand cost/benefit relationships
Focus on customers’ needs and market drivers
Drive for results
