About Our Perficient Offices

Perficient is currently looking for a Client Services Director to be located out of our St. Louis headquarters.

Job Overview:
Perficient Client Services Directors play a vital role in the delivery of strategic projects for our clients. Client Service Directors (CSD) build strategic meaningful relationships with our clients at the Executive levels within our largest accounts. CSDs work closely with our clients, developers, system administrators, project managers, business analysts and end users to build amazing solutions for our clients. A successful candidate would be able to ensure that our teams deliver profitable engagements for Perficient, help identify areas of growth, build long lasting relationships, and deliver successful outcomes for our clients

Responsibilities
Client Services Directors (CSD) support Perficient’s top 30+ clients nationwide who are typically long-term with which we have strong solution alignment
CSDs partner with client executives to bring the most value in helping to achieve their goals
CSDs helps client executives drive strategy, large initiative planning, IT and business leadership
CSDs bring industry best practices, comprehensive view of client and industry challenges
CSDs are the escalation point of contact for any issues and help ensure delivery quality and governance
CSDs provides support for on boarding teams and coordination across Perficient teams
CSDs provide monthly status and financial reporting
CSDs have experience working with geographically separate project teams including offshore management.
CSDs can effectively communicate design to customers and present design options/considerations.
CSDs can help establish overarching program goals and objectives in the program for a customer
CSDs assist client executives in meeting objectives and overcoming challenges
CSDs proactively providing solutions and ideas
CSDs manage Perficient team for optimal effectiveness
CSDs coordinate delivery across all Perficient business units
CSDs fiscally manage client account and own P&L responsibilities
CSDs bring forward industry leadership, lessons learned and best practice solutions
CSDs can be billable or non-billable, based on role, deliverables
Most all travel will be to local clients in the St. Louis area

Qualifications
CSDs are typically 15+ year career counsultants
10 yrs experience leading software development teams
Corporate leadership background and multiple industry experience
Strong command of solutions for business operations, technology, processes and challenges
Leaders with Executive presence
Familiar with the Software Development lifecycle and an understanding of the support components, integrations and various applications
Excellent estimation abilities in scoping work in a highly complex environment.
Superior problem solving, organizational, decision-making, written, oral and interpersonal skills.
